The GAF Cares Employee Relief Fund was created to help employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster, impact to individual residences (ie., fire, flood, etc.) or unexpected serious injury or illness, including a pandemic. The Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from GAF to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others can provide a tax-free grant (USA) to help a fellow employee in need when they are facing the unexpected. We believe in helping people protect what matters most in their lives....starting with our own employees..

The Emergency Assistance Foundation, Inc. administers all fund activities, and when needed assist applicants with their grant applications. GAF will not have any insight into the grant process unless a grant recipient chooses to share his or her story.
